Managing a successful music career over the past 17 years fronting his own band, The Wans, they toured the US multiple times playing large music festivals (Hangout Fest, Austin City Limits, Forecastle Fest, Voodoo Fest, Riot Fest) & venues alongside Pearl Jam, Beck & Jack White along with having our songs licensed in film/TV over 20 times (BMW 4 Series Ad Campaign, ABC’s Nashville, A&E’s Longmire, Major Motion Picture ‘Point Break’, etc.)

Next to music his second love is Real Estate. Simon has been around it all his life as both of his parents are in the Real Estate industry. He moved to Nashville from Ireland when I was 11 and attended Father Ryan High School & Belmont University. After 30 years in Nashville he likes to think of myself as a Nashville Native.

He loves calling Nashville home & he would love to help you call Nashville home.
